Website and sales inquiries
Privacy policy
Effective September 16, 2026
Sureline LLC ("Sureline," "we," or "us") explains here how we handle personal information when you visit sureline.io, submit a LinkedIn Lead Gen Form or another inquiry form, request a demo, or contact our sales team.
This policy covers our own website and sales activities. When a business uses Sureline to handle its customers' calls or messages, that business determines how those interactions are used. Contact that business about its customer records. Our SMS privacy policy explains our SMS practices.
1. Information we collect
You may provide your name, business email address, phone number, company, job title, location, and details about your current software or business needs. We also receive the messages you send us and records of our follow-up with you. Please do not include passwords, payment details, or sensitive customer information in an inquiry.
When you submit a LinkedIn form, LinkedIn shares the fields you submit with Sureline, along with information identifying the form or campaign. Some fields may be filled from your LinkedIn profile; you can review them before submitting. LinkedIn's own privacy policy applies to its platform.
Our website and hosting providers also process technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, referring pages, and request times. We use Google Analytics to understand website activity and interactions with our demos.
2. How we use information
We use inquiry information to respond to requests, arrange demos or consultations, assess whether Sureline fits your workflow, and follow up about our services. We also use information to keep our website secure, troubleshoot problems, understand campaign performance, and improve our website and sales process.
Submitting a demo or consultation form is not consent to receive automated marketing calls or marketing text messages. Any such use requires a separate consent process where required.
5. Retention and security
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including handling inquiries, maintaining business records, meeting legal obligations, and resolving disputes. Retention depends on the type of information and our relationship with you. We may retain limited suppression records to respect a request not to contact you.
We use access controls and other safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
6. Your choices and requests
You can ask us to stop sales or marketing follow-up by replying to an email, using an unsubscribe link when provided, or emailing support@sureline.io. We may still respond to requests you initiate or send communications needed for an existing service relationship.
Depending on where you live and the laws that apply, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, object to or restrict certain uses, or withdraw consent where we rely on it. Email us to make a request. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where the law permits or requires it. You may also contact your local data protection authority.
7. International processing
Sureline operates in the United States. We and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country. Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, those requirements apply.
8. Children
Our website and sales services are intended for business users, not children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us so we can address it.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices change. We will publish the revised policy here with a new effective date and provide additional notice when required by law.
