Goodcall's $79 buys unlimited minutes for 100 callers, so on one agent the lines cross at roughly 900 minutes a month, about 230 four-minute calls. Past that, with no more than 100 distinct callers, Goodcall's flat rate is less.
Yes. If you forwarded your number to Goodcall, point the forwarding at Sureline instead. If Goodcall gave you a new number, forward that number as well and let your customers keep dialing it.
