Sureline vs Rosie

Rosie is a done-for-you AI receptionist with native mobile apps, sold in tiers of minutes from $49 a month. Sureline is an agent you build from a trade template and can open and change, answering on your phone line, your website and your app, billed at published rates of about 8.3¢ a minute plus $2 a month for each pathway you keep live. Booking and warm transfer are on every Sureline account and on Rosie's $149 tier. The same 250-minute month is $49 on Rosie and about $23 on Sureline.

Rosie's prices are from heyrosie.com/pricing; Sureline's from the published rates. Both change, so the date at the top is part of the claim.

Who should pick which

Pick Rosie if you want a native app on your phone and a flat monthly bill, and you are comfortable paying for the Scale tier to get booking and transfers. Pick Sureline if you want booking and transfers from day one, a bill that tracks the calls you actually took, and the same agent on your website.

FAQ

Fair questions, straight answers.

Can I move from Rosie to Sureline without changing my number?

Yes. Your number stays with your carrier under either service. Point the forwarding at Sureline instead of Rosie and it is done; a dialed code undoes it.

Does Sureline have a mobile app like Rosie?

No. Sureline runs in the browser and texts you the calls that need you, with the summary in the text. There is nothing to install and nothing to update.

Is a cheaper agent a worse agent?

The price difference is the billing model, not the model on the line. Sureline publishes a rate for each AI model it offers and you pick the one you want; the starting rate is the cheapest of them, and the better ones are a few cents more a minute, still far under a tier.
